Product Description

Introduction
HK80 easy-operated horizontal CNC lathe is an economical lathe. It is suitable for cutting short shaft type and plate/ring type workpieces. Operations performed on the lathe are ID/OD turning, any taper turning, arc surface turning, facing and metric/inch threading.
Features
(1) A cartridge type main spindle rotates without vibration, and outputs 4-step speed hydraulically with infinite variable speed within each step.
(2) The high-grade cast iron bed is designed to damp vibration and assures high accuracy.
(3) Centralized machine operator's panel
(4) 4-station power turret is equipped; 6-station turret is optional.
(5) It is recommended to use shockproof boring bar when ratio of boring bar's length to diameter is larger than 3.

Introduction

CK7530 series CNC lathes, its strength, dynamic and static rigidity, mechanics of main parts, guard and coolant system are all advanced in design.
