This machine is the latest special maintenance equipment.
It uses compressed air as its power source and makes the riveting by hydraulic pressure.
It features novel structure, easy operation, stable center alignment and adjustable riveting force etc.
Therefore it is suitable for riveting and punching of all kinds of truck braking shoe plate rivet, being copper or aluminum and also can used for riveting of other auto parts like clutch friction plate.
I. Equipment structure (Chart 1)
This equipment mainly comprises cylinder, oil cartridge, main body, shoe iron bracket and pedal air change valve. The plant air source shall be provided by the user. Different sizes of riveting and punch plunger are attached with this equipment for different type of rivets.
II. Equipment instruction

1. Rivet punching out (sketch 2-2)

For rejected braking shoe plate, the old rivets shall be punched out first. Screw the punching out plunger 9 into the thread hole of the traveler 1. Tighten the locknut 3 after adjusting the plunger to a proper length. Remove lower bearing pin 7, align the center of the rivet with the center of punch head. Tread down the pedal switch and the reject rivet will be punched out and fall out from the hole in base
