Our JRT60 portable boring machine is powerful and mainly used for line boring
and facing operations.It is powerful and convenient,so it is Widely used in many
industries,such as repairing the inner wall of the pipes,crane rotary holes,stern
shaft holes and rudder holes.It is usually installed for one-time, to ensure the
coaxality of the holes.Our machine is composed of hydraulic motor,bearing
supports,axial feed unit,boring bar,tool holder,facing unit and rotational drive unit

Machine Performance:Compared with similar products,BB50 portable boring machine has the following obvious
advantages:
1. New design of the mainbody structure, aluminum alloy shell, weight only 13Kg.
2. The boring bar through the mainbody to ensure the coaxial of the mainbody and the
boring bar. The mainbody can be installed at any position of the boring bar and can be
installed in a narrow space.
3. The patented feed mechanism is a reliable and durable structure with almost no fault.
Stepless speed feed mechanism can acheive forward feed, reverse feed, and manual feed function.
4. Powerful AC 2.2Kw drive motor, stepless speed control by frequency
converter.General motor, stable, easy maintenance. The connection between the
motor and the mainbody is convenient to disassemble, and the suitable motor can be
replaced according to the local conditions. Optional power supply :220V single phase
or 380V three-phase power.
5. Bearing mount assembly can be designed according to needs. Adjustable mechanism
ensure the coaxality of boring bar, mainbody and bearing mount assembly.
6. Durable all closed aluminum alloy mainbody, gear oil is used to lubricate and coolingthe gears.
7. Advanced worm gear reducer, high efficiency and high torque output, cutting ability8mm in the radius.
8. The slotless structure avoids the bending deformation of the boring bar due to the
machining stress.9. Feed stroke can be easily changed.10. Easy to operate with the remote handle handle. The electric control box is separated
from the mainbody, avoiding the loosening of electric lines caused by the vibration the
